Nicole (Nikki) Allen - Director / Artistic / Facilitator
Nicole began her career as a dancer and trained in New York City before returning to Adelaide where she discovered her love of theatre. After graduating from the Centre for the Performing Arts in 1999 Nicole worked as a freelance actor and choreographer for 2 years with many well known South Australian companies including Splash, Budgie Lung, and Lighting Strike, before becoming the Artistic Director of New Met Dance; a Dance in Schools Theatre Company.
She is a sought after theatre practitioner and movement coach in schools across Adelaide and currently tutors for Company AT Autistic Theatre, CARCLEW as lead facilitator in the ‘Stage Sparks’ program and the ‘Arts for All’ program with the Adelaide festival Centre. Nicole also tutors for South Australian Youth Arts Theatre (SAYArts) and is the Director of the ‘Mythconception’ Ensemble (17-23yrs)
Nicole is a member of the T4D Ensemble and is committed to the exploration of theatre in the digital space.
She is currently completing a Bachelor of Education -Middle and Secondary, and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and Drama at Flinders University. This serves to enrich each creative process Nicole undertakes and has made her a respected and sought after specialist theatre worker that has a suite of skills across theatre, education and social advocacy.

Victoria Bannon - Founder / Chair / Managing Director
Victoria has an extensive background in not-for-profit management, international law and human rights and working with vulnerable people. She spent 15 years managing international development programs and disaster relief operations with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in over 20 countries, particularly in the Asia/Pacific region. She has also worked in senior management roles in the Australian context on issues concerning refugees and asylum seekers, Aboriginal incarceration and disadvantaged youth. Victoria now manages her own consulting firm Humanitarian Consulting, but through her work with Fearless Theatre is pursuing her dream of combining community empowerment and social justice with her longstanding passion for the arts.

Andrea Michaels - Director / Secretary
Andrea Michaels is the Managing Director of NDA Law. Andrea has an extensive practice in tax and superannuation law, commercial law and estate planning. She is the Chairman of the Commercial Law Committee of the Law Society of South Australia (LSSA), LSSA Council and Executive member, member of the LSSA Corporate Governance Committee, Chairman of the Family Business Australia (FBA) Adviser Subcommittee (SA), member of the FBA State Advisory Committee (SA) and sits on various other committees. She is also a member of the AICD and the SMSF Association and sits on various for profit and not for profit boards. Andrea’s family are Cypriot refugees and she has a passion for helping migrants integrate into the Australian community, promoting cultural diversity and helping those members of our community who are disadvantaged and marginalised.

Todd Golding - Director / Treasurer
Todd Golding is a lawyer with the Crown Solicitor's Office practising in most areas of civil and administrative law. He has undergraduate law and arts degrees from the University of Adelaide and a masters of law from the University of Sydney. A former President and long time participant in both the Australian Debating Federation and the South Australian Debating Association, Todd has always had an interest in speech and argument. Todd has also participated in amateur theatre in the past and is a regular theatre goer.

Anne Sibree - Director
After completing Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Law and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Drama) Anne is currently working as a criminal lawyer with the Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement. Through her work with vulnerable Aboriginal clients in contact with the criminal justice system, Anne is particularly interested in the power of theatre to explore and celebrate cultural heritage and to empower and transform individuals and communities. Anne is also involved as a mentor with the Indigenous Law Students Mentoring Scheme, and is an active member of the Human Rights and Criminal Law Committees of the Law Society of South Australia.

Michelle George - Director
Michelle has had over 20 years’ experience in accounting and taxation as a Chartered Accountant. She is currently a principal of Manos Partners. Michelle has assisted a number of small and large charities in various capacities over the years. She has both a professional and personal interest in supporting the South Australian social sector.
